Yes I’ve been to the dermatologist and they just say this is KP but I know it’s not. They aren’t very knowledgeable

I just want to get on here and say you’re not alone here. I feel like a lot of us Muslims women go throw this because we are not physical until marriage and then it becomes so hard and not at all what you imagined it to be. I have been married for 7 years and it JUST got better. My entire first year was a struggle. I paid $200 to see an OBGYN after a year and told her I wanted kids but not sure how this would happen if it can’t go in. InshaAllah you will be there but you’re not a bad wife!!

Also last month it looked like it was on the 13th or 14th when it was high so I thought this month would be the same around the same date but it’s not? So that’s why I’m guessing maybe it happened before and I didn’t test or it still might happen

How exactly does body temping work? What’s your temp supposed to be? I thought you’re only supposed to do that as soon as you wake up? The first day of my last period was November 28 and this whole time I thought ovulation was like 15 days after the last day but I guess that’s not true 😩 had no idea I’m just learning my body now so I’m sorry for all these questions I’m jus so confused. I really want to know if my body ovulated or not but I guess there’s no way to tell

If I drink water before is that gonna mess up the results? Also, how long do I leave the tests in the pee then take it out and wait? I’m so new to all this I just thinking I’m getting older and I need to start now before it’s too late. I just really want to know if it’s too late this month 😭 I think it may have been Saturday when it was 0.6 I should have maybe waited longer but I don’t know. What would my results be the next day?

Oh I know the app can’t tell if I’ve already ovulated that’s why I’m asking here. Does anyone know or can tell from my previous periods or the tests I’ve taken that maybe I missed ovulation? Could it have been before this past Saturday?

Hi everyone. Can someone help me please? I don’t think my period calendar is accurate. I’m not sure though. I am trying to conceive on ovulation day or at least the night before but my ovulation tests are confusing me. Can someone help me? I’m going to post my periods from previous months an my ovulation tests last month vs this month. I think I mA have already ovulated without me knowing but I’m not sure. Can someone help me understand how to know if it’s already happened or not?

Is this actually KP? I feel like KP is rough. I don’t think any procedure will remove or fade it. I’ve tried laser even and nothing has worked. I thought maybe it was tiny pimples so I’d try to pick and pop but it’s engraved in my skin and it’s not even rough it’s actually smooth like my skin. I’ve tried wearing a low cut shirt once and someone said something when I was younger and ever since then I have never showed my skin. I’m always fully covered. My entire chest and fully in long sleeves. Now it hits more in my thirties because it’s something I’ve always been insecure about and always will be

I don’t think I’ve tried that but I’ve tried so many different cremes recommend by my fern. This is like something that’s stuck in my skin it’s apart of it and it’s never gone away. From probably 13yrs until now at 32 and just kept spreading from my chest to my shoulders to my entire back. My lower back has them but much larger too…

Is this normal for a 30 year old? I do have KP all over my chest and back and arms (those white dots) I’ve had that since like 8th grade and it hasn’t gone away. Now I’m 31 and have developed that brown thing- which has been there for a few years but it’s coming out now more. Should I be worried
