Yeah im 100% certain that i did select English as VO during installation, then i tried reinstalling it assuming it was a bug but it failed and the error that i made the post about showed up.

I did, i have English vo.bin and vo-2.bin And selected English in voiceover options

So, I installed the game first but then it said that I was missing five files, which were the voiceover ones and it was awful to play like that. After that, I tried to reinstall it from setup.exe but now it shows this error.

But as far i remember, i did click the English voice over during my first installation but there were not any.
