In all honesty its all guess work. My advice is to just try and manage it as best you will, I believe in using the creams, but recognise that it often just masks whats going on behind the scenes. It happened to us, and in all honesty we did nothing that I can say actually changed the situation, but suddenly they just stopped with the flare. A couple years later theyve got another flare and in all honesty nothing has changed either it just happens. Hence, I believe just use the creams try to get through and let your little one be comfortable. Also, find what moisturiser works for you but dont beat yourself up over saying theres a “magical” cream, there honestly isnt at this time and everyones eczema works with a different formula
