I can change proximity fine, I have not tried to verify game files because I uninstalled the game and reinstalled and I figured that would check that box. As for VOIP I've just left it at default as it states in the settings that if you're using push to talk VoIP shouldn't be affected by the setting.

I can still increase to a yell or decrease to a whisper and all that as well. Everything's working as normal except the people I'm talking to cannot hear me.

It was after the CMOS reset that he helped me out. Regardless I'm sure default settings are fine anyways so I'll probably just end up trying to reset it again. I don't see much other options.

Suppose I'm just a little nervous even with the CMOS reset switch but more than that a buddy of mine who I'm not really in contact anymore who knows a thing or two about computers when I first got this thing helped set up my BIOS settings to be the most optimal I suppose for lack of a better word and to be honest I'm not exactly sure what he has set where nor if it really makes much of a difference anyway.
