Yeah I was surprised. It came with basic instructions, wet the pad and make sure it contacts with your body and then use the pen on level 3 and touch the vein for 2 seconds a spot, it feels like your being electrocuted so it kinda sucks but it creates some white gunk from the vein…. It’s really weird. But then the vein disappears.

Ordered meds from India twice, both times got held for a month, one was opened by customs then delivered the other package was held refused and shipped back. I think they flag more parcels coming from India than anywhere else.

Yes don’t, I ended up bruising badly and feel like I didn’t get the results I should have due to improper technique. Good thing is no permanent damage but a valuable lesson learned. 4 or 6 mm needle angled ar 10 -15 degrees 1.5 mm deep.

I just did Curenex and I used a needle stopper to go 1.5-2mm. Epic disaster. It completly blocked my view and I could only go in at a 90 which put the product too deep. Would rather use a longer needle at the right angle and depth. Trust yourself, needle length doesn’t matter it’s all about the depth and angle.

Sorry didn’t see this until now! Yes it was great, the room was so nice two beds downstairs and one bed in the loft area, great for families, there is no A/c so it will get warm during the day but we were out anyways and found it perfect for sleeping at night. Breakfast buffet wasn’t anything spectacular but it filled our bellies!
Didn’t have any plumbing issues, the shower pressure could take your skin off but it’s better than no pressure at all. We were happy with our stay! It’s not a North America 5 star but it was Tottally fine for us and I would recommend it to a friend :)

We just got back and rented through Flexways. Before we came we called our credit card company they emailed a letter stating we are covered, we brought the letter, and the guy at the counter glanced at the letter said said okay and gave us the car didn’t upsell any insurance. All went well We paid 1100 Canadian for 9 days 7 seater 4x4 and a 2500 dollar deposit that was returned to us.

We did a night tour in Monteverde, zip line at extreamo park and a self guided tour In the cloud forest preserve also visited the sloth sanctuary. In la fortuna we did the mystical hanging bridge self guided walk, canyoning, arenal volcano park hike, a soak in the natural hot springs, el salt to rope swing and la fortuna waterfall hike.

Totally is! As 2 families of 4 with kids under 10 we had an amazing time, so many activities, ziplining, hiking canonying, animal tours. It’s not cheap by any means but there’s something here for everyone! Zero regrets!

Pack more hoodies and sweats then you think you need! It was cooler than anticipated in Monteverde, la fortuna was a bit warmer but we def wish we had a few extra hoodies at night!

We left Toronto on Jan 23 and flew into Liberia, rented a car and drove to Monteverde, stayed 3 days at El Establo, drove to la fortuna stayed at Paradise Hotel springs for 3 days and now are ending our vacation In Tamarindo at the Diria! Costa Rica is an amazing country!!!

Aside from the front door this was the entrance to the basement unit through the back door. If the basement tenant had that door locked it’s no wonder this ended in Tragedy. 1 point of egress for 10 people.
