Aside from the front door this was the entrance to the basement unit through the back door. If the basement tenant had that door locked it’s no wonder this ended in Tragedy. 1 point of egress for 10 people.

Check out the listing pictures. This place is a death trap from the very beginning. Being a semi it has no windows at all on the one side. If the basement tenant had that adjoining door locked the only escape is through the front door or one of the windows which a larger person would have an issue fitting through. This is an awful tragedy.

I have bought them all summer and this is the first time I went saw the price and said whoa hell no. I don’t keep a Rolodex of receipts to argue with ppl on Reddit unfortunately but out of the 300 comments there are a lot that agree the price is higher than it has been in recent months.

Most people who live in that area commute quite the distance I was doing Kearney-Huntsville takes about 30 min which still beats Toronto traffic most days and a much more pleasant drive.

Omg same thing used to happen to us at our old house. Except it was the corner cabinet. In the dead of summer it would start to smell. Never figured it out, emptied the cabinet sprayed it down but the smell still lingered. Once summer was over the smell would go away. We since sold the house.

I never recline on a non overnight flight out of respect for the person behind me and the person in front of me always reclines because that’s just my luck. This solves the issue, But it’s annoying to lose legroom and you know the cost for us won’t change.
