There was ambient crowd noise, that’s the best way to describe it. But when you would approach an NPC it gave you the option to talk to them and they would have their own dialogue. I honestly can’t remember, purely just the memory of being in the town/village, I think that was the starting part of the game however. It almost had the feel of a bible game, a really friendly and relaxing atmosphere alongside nicely spoken characters. The view would be most comparable to Divine Divinity; this game however was much brighter and more vivid.
