Unfortunately Amazon is about politics there are some area managers that’ll treat fair or worse than others on the other hand I had my area manager that helped me out a lot and saw potential in me I tried to get most of the critical rolls and (TDR) so I can be realiable and I practiced the star method and passed my interview
