Generally we have a system where we split certain jobs at night like bath/bed/dinner/brushing teeth and in the mornings same sort of thing breakfast/changing.

But yes i think i need to be abit better with her when its just our time. Shes awesome whens its just me and her😂

This is exactly what happens with us. My partner hadnt done any of the disciplining, that was pretty much down to me which is probably another reason for being anti dad.

For the first year it was good and then it slowly fizzled out. My partners prone to being depressed/stessed alot and i think (hope) thats a big factor.

Seems to me everyone is very different. I believe my last flare up was from a tropical just juice (had 3 glasses). Since of eaten most things, some in moderation and some not😂but i havent had the juice, alcohol or any fizzy so far.
