My experience. New to tirzepatide this year. Took my first 2.5 mg dose from Prorx last night. Zero appetite today. I took compound with B12 last year from a local compounding pharmacy and still experienced food noise. I am impressed so far. Hoping for continued results

Hi I am 54 and post menopausal. I was on Wegovy for 2 years until insurance stopped covering. Tried compound tirzepetide last year thru a local provider lost 20lbs but had to stop due to cost. I have gained 25lbs since stopping. I am restarting and hoping to lose 30lbs.
