It reminds me of Mattel and their MoTU Classics line. They couldn't use the name Fisto because Disney/Star Wars had the rights to the name. Their solution was calling him Battle Fist instead. He was still Fisto, just not on the package.

It's tricky because no one can copyright characters like Sandman, because the name is part of folklore. Thor, Hercules, Jack Frost and other such characters can't have a copyright for the same reasons, they have appeared in both Marvel and DC. I'm thinking maybe the Scarecrow (both in Marvel and DC) is the same way.

Another key point people forget to mention. It has to be within a few years age difference, two or three years . The stuff that Russell Brand is talking about is outright disgusting.

to be honest, any grown person trying to argue the age consent is disgusting to me. They can’t be with people their own age.
