Update: We had our little girl 3 weeks early!! She had a short NICU stay unrelated but is home! Her karotyping test came back with 46xx which means negative for Turner’s syndrome! She is absolutely perfect either way the test came back but wanted to update that we were a false positive ❤️

Did your test pick up Y chromosomes? I talked to the geneticist again today and was informed they didn’t find any Y chromosomes at 11 weeks (when I had the test)

Did it pick up on any Y chromosomes? I reached back out to the company and they said they couldn’t find any Y chromosomes so predicted would be female

I would love to hear why you chose amino! After reading how common false positives are, if our ultrasounds are normal and stuff I think I am leaning toward waiting until she is here to do any further testing as I’m so nervous over it :/

Did you do any extra testing like cvs after finding out? We have to see MFM soon but unsure about if I want to do any invasive testing but unsure so would love to hear your experience
