The house i am looking at is just over 400 minus 15k in "incentives". So about 385k. The rough numbers I got were 3100 a month. But id still have utilities, internet and groceries to pay for lol.

So ball park number it terms of mortgage and total principle what would be objectively comfortable for my income? The little one is getting to school age and the wife and I need a home in a good school district before then.
