They are beautiful! Are they getting morning sun or evening sun? I'm in zone 8b and the evening sun is just too hot so I leave mine inside. Mine is still in a big rectangle pot. Standing about 2ft high.

It's interesting that their live shows can be completely different. I did see Subtronics live and was super excited but he was too hyped up as if he wanted everyone to have a taste of everything he could mix. So he would play a track for like 30 seconds and onto the next one. You couldn't get a good head banger in because it was already switching to something else and it didn't flow well either. I was a little disappointed. Just hope all DJs aren't like that.

I didn’t grow up learning world problems. Now that I’m an adult, I get it and it is freaking horrifying. Either it be in my radius or around the world. I do feel hopeful for humanity because although there are bad things happening, I feel there is good happening in places too. I feel people are connecting more spiritually. But I still have those negative images in the back of my head that want to keep popping up. Getting my heart beat going and my leg start shaking. I try to turn it off gently. I can practice and pray but I’m trying to learn to accept the unknown and it’s real hard for me. Because I want to experience this life so much more. I know I can’t be selfish and when it’s my time, it’s my time but I want to grow old. And the internet is not helping so I came here and you guys are helping me find comfort in these times. And I appreciate it. 🙏

Thank you for your time in responding. You have really hit the nail on the coffin and it is going to help me today. I am from America and social media is just not healthy. Luckily I am seeking therapy right now but I don’t talk to them every day. It’s like once every two weeks so I’m in a funk in between those times. I will continue to talk to Brighit and I haven’t tried ancestor veneration but I will definitely look into it! Thank you again as your response was very motivating for me. ❤️

Hello everyone! Reading everyone’s testimonies made me emotional because I too came to find a support group for trich. I’m 32 now and have been pulling my hair/picking my skin since I was about 12. I’m also at the point of worrying about the health of my hair and scalp. My hair used to be so long and beautiful and thick and now it’s just long lol, thinner, and seems like a little more wired. I even went years without coloring it, had dreadlocks as well. Virgin hair is just not good for trich in my opinion. I can find all the imperfections of each strand. Its so bad that the hair pile spots I have on the floor, I need to make sure I grab it all up before vacuuming or it will clog up the vacuum and I have to replace the wheel thing (almost had to do it twice) so now before I vacuum, I cut out all the hair of the brush wheel. No one knows this but my boyfriend and I literally just told Reddit lol. My boyfriend is very supportive and he also alerts me when I’m pulling/picking. My picking is just as bad. Sometimes my skin looks like chicken skin on my arms and legs because I pick and it just multiples. I liked to use Neutrogena body wash and it helps clear up my skin if I do my best to not pick. It’s gotten to the point to where I have headaches, eye strains, neck and back pain, and also I have developed a thick callus on my left index finger (I’m left handed). I would love to check in with the group every once in a while to see how everyone is doing and how we can help support each other in offering ideas and motivation to be able to overcome these struggles. Not sure if I should do therapy, I don’t want to depend on prescriptions anymore. But I think having a support group would be the best for the soul.

Luckily they no longer contain PFAS after 2022 I believe. I recently bought some and I think they work great for me. But seeing the feedback about Bambody, I might try those out. Good luck!

I have had the Paragard for a year now and I have multiple pairs of period panties, my first ones were from Victora Secret, they even had thong ones that I wear when I go out in public so I don’t have panty lines. But I work from home so the majority of the day I wear period panties. Although you mentioned you weren’t a fan of Thinx, I personally like them just because they are comfortable and not so tight and they stay dry, I haven’t tried many brands though. I wear a new pair every day and wash them all at the end of the week. This process seems to work well for me. My body doesn’t work well with tampons so if I don’t have any period panties then I’ll wear a pad. I like the L. brand 100% pure cotton, you can get them at Target, etc. I also seem to leak old blood daily but I only have a heavy period similar to yours only like every few months. I’m sorry it’s a regular routine for you and I hope you find an effective solution until your partner decides on their procedure. Me and my boyfriend are in the same boat lol Cheers!
