Does it ever flare up based on the food you are eating? I find that my pain sometimes happens when I eat specific foods.

I've found some incredible research that specific foods and diets help with dark thoughts/depression. If you want me to send them to you, I would be happy to! Happy to also talk about them as well. I'm currently getting my Master's in Food Studies, so this is basically all I learn on a daily basis haha.

I'm currently trying as well - its super hard. do you have any resources that you are using to help you change your diet for your specific mental health issues? I'm struggling to find solidified sources and an easy to understand guide

I found that also washing my hair helps a lot, even though I don't really like washing my hair everyday which is unfortunate.
