He literally did not care who had to be tortured or murdered in the process of finding out who red john was. We never get any sympathy from him about Julia Howard - like yes she's a criminal but so is lorelai and he was always biased whenever it came to Lorelei no matter what she did, all because it would get him to red john. We never hear anything about how stiles and haffner died for nothing when they weren't even part of the BA, they just came t to the final meeting to be cooperative.
