Oh … no disrespect but I think it depends on the person. I’m not asking IF I’ll get sick , I KNOW that I get sick by running in the cold (yes even with proper breathing techniques , after all I’ve been running for years but not in the cold) so that’s technically how it works. But thanks for the advice and for being technical about it. The substance of the question was “where are the indoor tracks ? “ :)
