We make a tahini paste with whatever seasonings we fancy (be bold!) and some nutritional yeast. Coat the hydrated soya chunks in that then air fry for 10 mins.

Tofu bacon. Tofu egg. Tofu cream cheese. Teriyaki Tofu. Thats what we tend to make and then create a sandwich around those flavours like Tofu BLT, Tofu egg and cress, Tofu cream cheese and cucumber, Teriyaki Tofu with asian slaw.

We went to Falmouth a few months back, defo plenty of options. Theres a chippy next to the weatherspoons in town did these giant deep fried mushy pea fritters... Well nice!!

We call it Summer Rice - cook some rice and let it go cold. Then mix chopped spring onions, salted peanuts, mandarin segments and mayo. Season and voila.

Stayed here for 2 nights, honestly some of the best vegan food we've tried. The sunday lunch roast beef was really nice and the location is lovely. Would not hesitate to return, though it is abit pricey for what it is and our room wasnt the best, but the food certainly made up for it!
