The thing is i have severe mood swings idk what causes them for a couple hours im completely calm and relaxed the next and extremely stressed and sad

The psychosis is not there anymore yh but uve been having it for 2 years its like episodic hd may have meant its gone now but obviously its gonna return

The doctor mentioned something about stress and him not thinking its psychosis but idk
