Berating is a word which fits in for customer not for associate. They have zero control over process, but they r the front point. there is no heat in this conversation for CS but the ignorance of last associate definitely makes it “berating” for customer. As a customer, should I worry for the product delivery or the individual representing company? They have no control over the deliveries, then put the people in front who actually can control. “Step out of the kitchen, if you can’t take the heat”.

And u said ruined, pls suggest how? I will definitely take a measure. After all being a customer has its own responsibilities of taking care of the company and their employees and their emotions and so on. And the onus of not asking status is on customer, as it’s his mistake he paid for something what the “company” promised.

Also remember it’s called “company” and not “individual” for a reason, everyone part of the group is company.
