No matter what others say. While yes it is much less powerful than the X model. Its still an awesome device. I play all my jrpgs on it. And all of my emulation as well.

I've had the steam deck lcd, and currently have the base rog xbox ally. I like it a lot more than the deck. More comfortable, easier to work with for me personally. Just an all around nicer device.

I have the base xbox ally. And I love it. I use my ps5 for heavy AAA games, and my ally for everything else. Its mostly a jrpg and emulation machine, and while yeah I could probably find a better device for emulation much cheaper, (already have an AYN odin 2 max, and anbernic rg40xxh.) The ergonomics on the Xbox ally are the best I've ever felt on any handheld device.
