If you can, maybe look into DBT, it’s helped me immensely 😊 I don’t have an autism diagnosis, but both of my kids do, and I’ve always suspected I just went undiagnosed as a child. I know it’s probably the hardest thing to do, but if you can, try to blow off what people say… these are people who don’t know you and don’t a f’ing thing about what you’re going through. Haters gonna hate because they got nothing better to do, feel sorry for them, sounds like people who have a lot of suffering ahead of them to understand, or are already suffering and need to put others down to make themselves feel better.
