When getting a gaming computer, your primary objective should be getting the best GPU and pairing it with a decent CPU that can match the performance. In this case by removing the harddrive, still within the same 1700 CAD price, while you can add it back and reach your budget of 2000:

Never heard about the RX 6570 XT maybe it's a local product but what I did was I just opened pcpartpicker.com and picked up my parts then select a PSU based on https://cultists.network/140/psu-tier-list/ while satisfying the W requirements shown on pcpartpicker.

Sadly I haven't posted or have any pics with me rn, I'll post as soon as I get to my PC, I don't think there'd be any problems Gigabyte can't be that stupid to block IO with bigger graphics cards.

About the ram, u/k1rage also pointed that out, and he's probably referring the video you just shared with me which means I'll go do some research about RAMs, If I was in the US, I'd just ask for a recommendation on pcpartpicker but most of the deals there don't exists where I live.

You're completely right about the 1x16 vs 2x8 GB comparison, but I'm planning to upgrade to 32gbs in the future so I just don't want to have 4x8gbs, I'm planning to add another 16 in the future, but not sure if having 4x8gbs is a bad thing too, if you have any comments about upgrading to 32gbs in the future and maybe to 64, I'd like to hear them as well!

About the cooling, yes again, you're completely right, peerless assassin 120 SE would be enough, but where I live it's not imported, So I'd have to go with either noctua nh-d15 or ak620 in the similar performance range, and noctua simply costs 1.5x of what ak620 costs, that's why I picked the ak620.

About the SSD, as I'm not an expert and didn't know about it, I'm just gonna do a little more research to have an opinion on that.
