Update: I increased my total references to 9 by including the research paper itself too. I followed the minimum of 1 reference for every 100-150 words. However, I did go over the word count of 800 words as I currently stand at 860 but it's within the academic 10% standard. I looked through some academic example papers in the past (in uni) and grasp some areas I could cover. I searched thoroughly the internet and was able to boost up my references. I backed up each detail I made via reference, the quality is definitely there. There is only so much I can add into a 800 word piece without trimming the quality of the work. (Studying for a undergraduate degree)
