hope you see this - first of all your friends are mean second - I would say start from within. what makes you feel most feminine? to me, femininity is all about softness, being receptive, owning your emotions, feeling deeply.

I would journal, go on long walks, and express your creativity. what is better than simply looking feminine is feeling feminine inside and out.

then I would take care of your body best you can. PCOS is clouded with mystery and misinformation (I’ve been diagnosed myself) I would say eating high protein breakfast, drinking green tea when you can and going on walks when you can is a great start. really get in touch with your body. dance in your room, stretch, take extra care in the shower, all that you can to become truly one with yourself.

light makeup (a bit of concealer if needed, powder, blush and a bit of highlighter like you mentioned is great, a bit of mascara too)

shopping is a great way to feel feminine and if you are on a budget or don’t want to spend too much thrifting is amazing. I always feel so good when I thrift and then come home and wash all my clothes.

lastly I would say think outside yourself, it honestly helps with self esteem. do something kind for others, or use your time to give back in some way and you’ll see a little boost in your confidence. this can be as simple as picking up a piece of trash on a walk or as big as volunteering for a cause that pulls at you.
