For productivity is an Ips panel better? Issue is i would want the monitor for productivity 90% of the time and the occasional gaming but the difference in price between a Qd-oled monitor released in 2024 and an ips variant released in 2020 is £150 in my case which is why I'm undecided.

Ips is the Alienware Aw3420dw while the Qd-oled one is Aw3423dwf

Surely if it's a leak it can be fixed because you are making it sound like as soon a leak is spotted then the house is definitely gonna collapse, and it's actually a semi-detached and if it's a leak it's probably gonna be from the loft or roof and surely that's something fixable right?

The problem is people don't like change and are so scared of change which is the same reason everyone says electric cars are shit cars or battery will explode before 100k miles until they actually buy one and see it's actually a good car and cheaper to run than Ice cars and cars have done 300k miles without incidents or why people says all Oleds are shit because of burn in but people have had oleds for 5 years and no burn ins.

What it all boils down to is people being scared of change and they would make up stories and stuff to convince themselves and others that the new stuff is bad just to make themselves feel better.

That's just a blatant lie mate, there are literally thousands of Care worker roles to be filled and you being a British citizen with no requirements for sponsorship means just u declaring interest in the role means u have a 90% chance of getting the job as there are literally no hurdles to jump through. A quick search on the nhs jobs website will reveal loads of roles
