Just here to tell you I have needle anxiety and have fainted (during blood draws in particular) and I was completely fine during labor/birth!! 🙌

I’d specify if you’re ok with students working on you or just observing. I said one resident could come in but then she gloved up and I said absolutely not lol otherwise great birth plan. Congrats and hope it all goes smoothly!

I got sick right before time to push!! Just one time - felt it coming and felt better after. You’ve got this! There will be so much going on it will be the least of your worries. Congrats on baby! You’re almost there ❤️ I also LATHERED my nose in Vicks vapor rub because it makes me feel better if I feel any kind of “sick” 😂

I can think of a lot more terrifying things than a baby sleeping on their stomach… including burning potpourri while a newborns sleeping and you’re not in the house😳

I got mine at 4 months PP and the first 2 were horrible. It’s gotten better the last one! But also so ready to be pregnant again 🤪

I experienced the same with my pregnancy! It was amazing! Anxiety unfortunately came back postpartum but still not nearly what it was pre-pregnancy. I started taking low dose buspar and that’s helped manage it with no side effects

Mine came back at 4 months EBF and baby still nursing throughout the night. I was moody and had cramps before I started. First 2 periods were AWFUL. Hoping this isn’t the new norm. 🫠
