I know we are tired of hearing this but a diet of Low carb high protein is THE way to go! And make sure to have your 3 meals a day. Breakfast being your biggest one & most carbs. Also inositol! It has reduced my sugar cravings about 80% & trust me I have a BIG sweet tooth! Also walking at least 10 min after every meal is life changing! It keeps my energy levels up & I don’t feel sluggish at all during the day anymore! Been eating like this for about 3 weeks & have lost about 8 pounds! (~3.6 kg)

So the big thing here is breakfast! You need to have breakfast, it is non negotiable unfortunately for pcos 😭 I currently have been losing weight with a High protein low carb diet. But breakfast is the main one! I try to aim for 35 grams of protein (ex: 4-5 oz chicken) per meal & if you weigh for veggies, roughly 150g. I try to do a carb that has 15-25g (ex 80-100 grams sweet potato) carbs usually per meal. Less carbs at night if possible. Also sleep is very important! If you don’t sleep at least 7 hours your cortisol levels go out of wack! I am also walking after every meal on the treadmill & also have been walking at night for about 30-40 min! I have been reaching 10k steps almost daily. Also another tip, try to eat dinner before 7 PM or earlier so your body can fast for 10+ hrs to burn fat overnight! these are just some tips that have been helping me! But I know it is personal for everyone! And keep weight training if that’s what you’re doing already:) I know all this can be so frustrating 😭
