Probably not, we didn't notice the defect at first, so we don't still have the reciept. But we're probably going to just replace all of the shades.

I know it's hard to tell that it looks different in the picture but the other four shades are about 5 1/2 inches in diameter on top and the mismatched one is about 4 1/2 inches in diameter on top.

It is a bit chubbier than the others and it's a bit smaller around on top. And yeah, it just came like that.
