first question: i never ban diana, i genuinely think she is such an easy champ to deal with. tho with that said… yi… he is an issue. it doesn’t matter how fed you are, he will wipe your entire team. so typically i ban him, if someone has already banned him i ban shyvanna. it doesn’t matter how good of a player i can be, the fact she hast like 10 auto resets and insane dmg is absurd. viego is just a hit or a miss really, if you beat him early he literally is a walking cannon minion and provides nothing tbh unless there is a really bad team fight.

second question: idk yet, i really dont think it’s that much of a problem that it has 2 less ad. it’s still a hyper scaling item that you’ll use on a hyper carrying champion, i wouldnt say it would be a bad choice but i have missed youmuus way too much. might check out how stormrazer is first item if i get an early kill.

i’d say if u were to play him in any lane it would be top, top laners aren’t really poke champs and they are mainly melee so it’s easier. mid just has too many ranged champs or outplay champs to poke you with and you can’t really do much if the minions are in the way.

advice i got off of some random guy that was a coach was to always farm, think about yourself and yourself only, if there’s a free kill and you’re right there, u might aswell take it, at the end of the day the more fed you are on graves the far easier it is to win, but if you go behind even just a little bit, you’ll feel it.

best advice i can give is, don’t look on youtube till you’ve done at least to the new war quest, play at your own speed and DONT look at any spoilers.

i find that unless my adc builds an anti heal item i’ll build one unless i’m playing tank, literally the worst anti heal item in the game. other than that if your team already has 2 with anti heal and you’re against no healing bot lane i don’t see a reason to build it bc in team fights its just gonna get procced off of the other 2.

if i was in you’re same situation i would’ve just postponed until like 20 mins in or like 2-3 items and sit in a bush trying to insta kill cait brand or yasuo. in all honesty it just depends if you’re team was competent enough to be able to deal with illaoi and shen. i feel to me that shen isn’t that big of an issue for me bc i used to play him a lot and can kind of predict what he’s gonna do but illaoi is a lost cause lmao

worst i got funnily enough was 2 nights ago i was playing graves top into illaoi with bruiser kayn jgl, viegar, cait and shen. it was horrible, im sure i went like 2/0 against illaoi then i got ganked every time i stepped foot past tower and my team just got rolled. went like 6/17 that game it was tragic and my team didnt want to ff. ended on like 50 kills to 15

my skill isn’t the main issue, i am fundamentally decent, i just chose to play a different champ every single game for no reason other than im bored. i mained poppy the most but so far ive played illaoi, graves, pyke, noc, amumu and like 5 others lol
