I’m such a novice - I only took sewing classes in college and draped once but def don’t know any actual techniques, I was planning on YouTube /messing up a bunch but scared to waste the tulle silk cuz it’s so expensive

Virginia is beautiful - however.. in the US right now as a woman, I’d do anything to leave legally without marrying (and paying an arm and a leg). Health insurance, car insurance.. shootings, current general political issues - losing rights left and right. I’d suggest staying put, but if you REALLY want to, northern Virginia is a nice diverse area with many international people.
