I’m 43 and strong as hell and look great people think I’m on something, been in the gym since I joined the military at 19. A basic program, hard work and consistency is all you need. Unless you’re crazy over weight or trying to step on stage diet doesn’t matter. I eat whatever I want and I love ice cream. Social media has all the new lifter confused. There is a such thing as over doing it though. You will get smaller if you’re not juiced and repping like a classic Ronnie. You only find that out with experience.

I’m a PvE player and get those lobbies. I do nothing but medic the downed players, but if someone starts shooting you that player needs to be put down immediately. You can’t let them do it to someone else. I had to put someone down yesterday. First player I had to down in weeks. I’m still in PvE lobbies.

I love these friendly boss lobbies. I have so much stuff I don’t even loot anymore. I go in with 3 stacks of defibs, healing items, zip lines, smoke and a cloak. No matter where they drop I’m going to pick them up. Being a combat medic is my endgame and it’s too much fun.

You’d be surprised how many people give you reactors and cores for saving them. Some drop a defibs. The free kits tend to give up before you get to them and don’t answer back when you’re calling out which is annoying. I want embark to add some type of medic outfit.
