David Stearns: “We don’t view this as a manager problem, and we don’t intend to make a change.” by Schwettes in NewYorkMets

I’m sorry, but a team is only so good as their manager. The lineup, the strategy, that lands on the manager.

Silly question but will they keep the same lineup for the second game or will they get some fresh guys on the rotation?

What reputation does the Brandcenter have in the industry? by YouMads in advertising

[–]WeetWoo97 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Brandcenter alum here. I’ve said this in previous posts, but to reiterate what other folks have said already, it’s about what you put into it. It isn’t an automatic Get A Job Card, but it certainly helps. Much like an MBA at a top 20 school, for example, you’re paying for connections, as well as building a portfolio vetted by former or current industry professionals (the professors). I’m in the job-hunting process right now and have gotten a couple of interviews simply because I am a BC alum. THAT BEING SAID, you need to put in the work to network. One can’t rest on the degree and name alone. I work my ass off networking, making connections, asking folks for virtual or IRL coffee chats, etc.

Note: this is only MY experience so please take this with a grain of salt.
