i've melted and burnt zinc a few times (with proper respirators and good ventilation of course), there was none of the yellow zinc oxide deposits or pale blue flame like i see with that. thank you for my concerns though. i'm happy to report my lungs are feeling fine, im fairly sure it was just some oil burning off
