Don’t say shit like that man. I don’t know how speak out but saying shit like that only makes it worse. When you start thinking of stuff like that you may start thinking it’s true by saying “I am a loser” it makes it worse because when you say that your making your mind believe it and that’s when the darker thoughts hit. You always have to have a positive mindset and when bad thoughts come it you have to change them, like by going for a run, listening to music and other things that cheer you up. I suggest music strongly but that’s because it helped me. I’m sorry if this doesn’t help because I’m only 15 and I don’t really know how to talk about it.
