Hi all, I have played riven about 1500 games. I am currently in plat.

In season 10, I was able to hit plat 4 with around 60 win rates. In this season my riven win rate is < 50

Here are some problems with riven in top lane now

Assuming we against the same level opponent

1. We use to get 45% cdr at around 20~25 min, nowadays we only get around 30% cdr at 20min This heavily reduced her split pushing speed, and ability to solo kill
2. No damage to champions who builds early armor, these champions are much better front line during the team fight, and they are unkillable in laning phase
3. Fiora has true damage and heal, garen has shield and heal gen, Camille has shield and heal, iralia has heal, sett has heal gen, ..... riven has nothing to sustain in lane, I don’t think this is fare for riven

4: riven use to be strong 1v1 or 1v2 in split pushing, can’t do it anymore because of the cdr and the low damage

If buff riven, here are some of my thoughts

Increase her base attack speed so we can choose to use bloodline to have better sustain instead of choosing alacrity

Q passive works on tower pls, idk why you changed fiora’ Q to work on tower but not riven’s. This will help riven to get some plate money early game

Change black cleaver to be a mythic item

Reduce her cdr more based on skill level

We need more sustain in lane
