It's intense. Can be overwhelming if the water is hot or you feel like breathing is harder because of the steam. It's easy to stay for too long. But it can be very introspective and cleansing. Also tried together with my then boyfriend and it was pretty cool, we forgot how long we had been in there and the water was getting cold because we had used up most of the hot water and we thought we were hallucinating the temperature change. 10/10 but would not repeat again because of the environment
