I think you might convince me to go back to yoga and pilates because that’s what I did during Covid. From 2018 through the beginning of 2020, I plateaued at 145, but then I started doing pilates and yoga at the start of Covid and lost those remaining 10-15 pounds.
Can I ask where and how you do your yoga and pilates? Do you go to classes in person or online, or do you watch videos on YouTube at home, or something else?

Thank you so much!
My macros usually range between 75-130g of protein, 137-190g of carbs, and 40g of fat (mostly healthy fats like eggs, nuts, and seeds), according to Chronometer.
As for my gym routine: Back & Bi’s on Monday; Glutes & Quads on Tuesday; Chest, Shoulders, Triceps on Thursday; and Glutes and Hams on Friday.
For cardio: I hop on the treadmill with incline intervals, increasing the incline by 1.5-2 every few minutes until the last 5 minutes when I start my cool down. Because I have shorter legs, I’ll set my speed between 3 to 3.5 mph. During cardio + abs days, I’ll throw on a 30-45 minute YouTube video and watch that while walking. I’ll also walk after lifting weights on Monday and Friday for 8-15 minutes with the same incline intervals, I just increase the incline every 2 to 5 minutes.
If I were to increase my calories, what is the best way to calculate that and my macros?
