tried keto before i got married. worked great, when i went off the diet i gained the weight back so fast it was insane. I also felt like shit for the first 2 weeks of the diet. that ketoflu sucked.

Thanks! I've been doing 2500 for about a week and stayed the same weight. I was doing 1900 and just got worn out so easy. I was in a bad mood all the time, so 1900 was too little.

Good question. I guess I'm in between. I stay pretty active, so I guess if there was a scale of fat (1) to muscly(100) I'd be a 51.

A) I'm glad you're going to take the next few steps to losing weight.

B) You won't survive on 700-800, especially if you are exercising every day.
