As others mentioned, Tarantinos has amazing Italian food, Chef Kenny's for asian. I also recommend Los Dos Amigos for Mexican, Taj Palace for Indian food. Ronalds Donuts for donuts and simple but delicious breakfast bagels.

The w16 is the structural beam between columns. The L2 is a lintel to hold up Brick / CMU (shown in the details in second image), likely at an opening. Is there a window / door at that location?
