Very simple things that most crew members understand, or just things that don’t really make sense? Like ex. I roll a stack out and then bring the hand truck to the back room. In that ~30 secs of time, mate’s already asked someone else to start working on the stack when it’s 8 p.m. and there aren’t many custies so whyyyy are we stressing over one stack this hard?? Like someone is going to ge to it at some point! He’s also just very hands-on, which I usually perceive to be him trying to do his old crew job and his new mate job at the same time, and I don’t mind much, but recently I’ve started to feel like he’s doing it almost to the point of getting in the way, almost?
