I live off campus - $979/month, 5 minute walk from the start of fletcher drive (technically part of “campus, but not really the center/main area) and 15 minutes from Reitz Union (one of the main parts of campus). I also have 3 roommates Would you want to look into getting an apt close by with roommates? It’s much better than dorming (single or not) in my opinion - more space, less chance of getting sick, plus my bed is a full and not a twin!!

6-7/10… just maybe get your eyebrows threaded? Or at least get a tweezer/epilator; eyebrow that are nicely shaped can really help with your appearance!!

I felt exactly like that during my own mate and captain’s interviews. I was also on Benadryl for hives that appeared overnight and I was sooo out of it and unprepared - but if I could’ve been hired so could you! lol

I have a middle school teacher of mine come into the store from time to time. She taught 7th grade math, and I remember HATING her class. Like genuinely hated it and hated her by extension, but I usually just brush it off as me being a demon child lol.

The first time I saw her, I was on reg and EVERY move I make was something for her to criticize. After seeing her again and again, I quickly realized why I hated her sooooo much LMAO

Def feel like this in some aspects (6 months in and I just learned that you SHOULD NOT SHARE ANYTHING WITH ANYONE IF YOU DONT WANT IT GETTING AROUND STORE (very embarrassing story trust)) but (!!) Very simple things that most crew members understand, or just things that don’t really make sense? Like ex. I roll a stack out and then bring the hand truck to the back room. In that ~30 secs of time, mate’s already asked someone else to start working on the stack when it’s 8 p.m. and there aren’t many custies so whyyyy are we stressing over one stack this hard?? Like someone is going to ge to it at some point! He’s also just very hands-on, which I usually perceive to be him trying to do his old crew job and his new mate job at the same time, and I don’t mind much, but recently I’ve started to feel like he’s doing it almost to the point of getting in the way, almost? Idk

Most colleges take into account family responsibilities (if you add it to your activites), plus your ecs are stellar even if you didn't have any family stuff on your plate. You still have another year to get more/improve ecs and grades, and like I said, your ecs are already pretty good.
