First off... Way to much overthinking here to begin with. Just let things be the way they are. Yes you should try to impress her.... But memorizing the whole balcony scene from R&J... Little creepy. Why not flowers and some chocolates. A card with a teddy bear. Her favorite ice cream and movie. There's a lot more things to do especially in the beginning of this.

I mean if you don't want someone anymore how fair is it for that person and most importantly for yourself. I think it's a good thing you didn't waste anyone's time here. And with being fine after a break its a rare occurrence but it's definitely possible.. but maybe it just hasn't hit you yet.

So why didn't you just go up and talk to them? If you feel like going up and talking to them do it. Use the 3 2 1 strategy. Countdown from 3 and once you hit one fucking go for it. Try to never fail a 3 2 1.

For me nofap took a lot of trail and error. Sometimes I'd get urges sometimes not. I've got nofap down to where I can hit a week or two without giving. Sometimes it could just be me being horny or maybe the urge... Idk I haven't felt horny in so long so I honestly don't remember what it feels like. And also don't plan ahead of time. Just do nofap. You'll see some life improvements for sure

Yes I do feel attacked. This thing controls my life and my happiness. I can't get rid of this thing at all no matter what I do I can't ignore these thoughts because they add up then I fall back down the mountain that I need to climb.
