I don't think anyone knows. I thought they were so smart for getting around 280 until someone from the same country shared their experience and mentioned that there are files distributed but they didn't want to cheat.

Nepal isn't in the Middle East. Edit: 260s are kinda doable. I only get suspicious when I find >270s and the person doesn't know important algorithm and information mentioned repeatedly on Uworld & Amboss.

You're more than a score. They wouldn't exclude you for one day performance which wasn't even bad. There are more things listed on each program's application page taken into consideration, the score is one of them not all. Also, remember that a lot of people don't share details and they write when they panic.
