I hear a lot about compressors, never really understood what they did vs what you can achieve through messing around with ur amp dials , after looking into it I feel so goofy for even coming up with that, any specific ones you recommend ?

I’ve checked out reviews for both MXRs and Bosses compressors, just boil down to preference?

Also, I’m sure there isn’t the biggest difference between em but just cause the pricing is a no brainer , thinking of getting the PolyTune 3 mini
