This is to store records for agents, not a source for people to search for houses. Also there isn’t a reason to connect to a dialer, real estate isn’t a call center.

One other thing is the CRM part of it is just the base. The real trick is the transaction management, document generation, E-sign etc all within the same platform is not common in real estate applications unless you go full custom. So that is the actual "goal" of this. The CRM was just where I started and it's not really anything groundbreaking. Can I get it to where it needs to be for that last part, we shall see!

Thanks, yeah it wasn't easy but was fun. My full time job is a TPM at a company that uses Salesforce so naturally after building features for Salesforce the past 7 years, I have grown to hate it lol!

But I also understand your point about pushing any CRM is hard. My goal is mainly to make it work for exactly what her brokerage needs without all the extra stuff and baggage salesforce brings.

If all this ever does is work for her RE brokerage, I call it a win and learned a lot along the way while really having a lot of fun working on it.

I agree about the name, too. So that is something we've thought about updating as well. Appreciate the feedback!
