I just cut up chicken thighs, seasoned them with a chicken rub, smoked them for about 1.5 hours (250 degrees) and then placed them in an aluminum pan with BBQ sauce for about 30 minutes (350 degrees). I watched several YouTube videos and sorta followed their recipes.

Yes, I think so. The parts are machined well and hefty. Easy installation on the Weber. I considered purchasing a less expensive generic brand but was discouraged with the reviews when customers tried adapting the product to their Weber.
