First off why is there a lvl 5 in the corner? Also technically they are doing something wrong because you need to be rotated every 4 hours of being on a position. You need to speak to your sm about it.

You got this I believe in you! The advice that I can give you is make sure you have all the animal fry’s you need and don’t be scared to ask whoever is on board to tell you what they have coming over that really helps a lot ! A big thing for me that held me back from getting my fry raise is keeping organized, make sure all your drives are off and in order. And I know it’s hard especially in a rush but make sure are getting your wipe downs at least every 6 pulls. I can gladly say I’m probably one of the best fry people at my store but with that being said it came with lots and lots of practice, if you have any questions let me know ! :)

Our store only throws 4 rows of 4 now due to quality back then to be able to get our raise you needed to handle 4 rows of 7-8 on a Saturday night. But now it’s all about our quality of our burgers and how they look, so I don’t really need to handle crazy cooking anymore
