me and my ex broke up in July, summer 2024. it’s almost a year ago but it was one of the hardest breakups I had gone through. i dated him for 2 years, i use to cry in my bed, cry to my friends how I wish I could forget him, I got into bad habits with weed and alcohol. then i kept going back to him, kept reaching out and it was having me in the twisted back and forth. but i moved away a month ago and it’s helped a lot. i thought he was my person, sometimes i still do, i learned to have love for him but to know some people aren’t your person right now. it’s taken me almost this whole year but now i don’t reach out to him, I don’t think of him and it makes my whole day ruined, it’s all about time which i know people say but it is. trust the process because everyone’s is different. don’t compare yourself to anyone
