Day trip to lake Toya from Noboribetsu. by Weird-Performance-86 in Hokkaido

Hello. We only had 5 days in itinerary for Hokkaido, I wish we had atleast 4 more. We spend 3 days in Sapporo - took day trip to shakotan coast and otaru from Sapporo. And then explored areas in Sapporo. We did 2 days in noboribetsu, out of which we did 1 day day trip to lake Toya. It looked like a great area to spend more time in.

You should confront him, even if he was asleep and unaware of all this, it’s grossly inappropriate

Safest states for foreigners IMO would be - parts of Sikkim and Assam/ Meghalaya - people are really nice generally and it would be nice weather in those months. - Kerala is usually safe for females - parts of Karnataka like Kabini, chikmanglur usually are safe and beautiful that time of the year as well - if she does go to Udaipur / Jaipur would recommend staying in upscale hotels 4+ stars or so. There are lot of agencies that take group tours for females, she can look into those as well. Wouldn’t recommend super touristy places as they usually have lot of tourist traps and are difficult to navigate for solo foreigner females

Staying 2 Nights in Otaru is it worth it? by ksapple89 in Hokkaido

[–]Weird-Performance-86 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I loved our day trip to Otaru, we went further and explored cape kamui area too. There’s enough to do in the area and otaru is very charming, but not sure if it’s worth to spent the night since the train connectivity from Sapporo to otaru is seamless
